Why provider status needs context
Connected, prepared, submitted, and approved describe different things. The distinction matters.

Connection is a starting point
An authenticated connection can support reading information without enabling every operation a provider offers. Availability should be described per capability, rather than reduced to a universal connected badge.
A saved draft is not an authorization
Preparing or saving repair work does not establish that it was submitted or approved. The workflow should keep these boundaries visible and verify the operation at the provider’s supported completion point.
Build on evidence
Start with the provider your customer uses and the next action your team needs to take. On a walkthrough, we can show the applicable steps from preparation to follow-up for your shop’s account.
